Where do I find my company ordering lists / requisition forms?
Company Lists (formerly called Requisition Forms) can be found in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen, which is highlighted turquoise. If you do not see the Company List you are looking for, please contact Customer Service.
What is the difference between Company Lists and Favorites Lists?
Company Lists are preferred ordering lists for your company that can be shared among users in your organization. Favorites Lists are created by an individual user to keep track of his or her favorite or commonly ordered products; these lists are only available to that individual user.
How many Company Lists and Favorites Lists can I add? How many items can be added to each list?
Users can add up to 40 Company Lists and 40 Favorites Lists. Each list can accommodate up to 200 items.
Do I have to enter credit card information to place an order?
If you are unaware of a need to enter credit card information online, then you can disregard the credit card section at checkout. If you have been instructed to use a credit card or purchasing card (P-card) when placing orders online with EON, you may enter that information at checkout.
The item number I am looking for does not come up in search results. How can I order it?
If you have an item number that cannot be found in search results, click on the Order by Item Number link near the top of your screen. Enter the item number and press Tab; if the item can be ordered, a description will populate, at which point you can enter your desired quantity and a message line if needed. If the system tells you the item is not a valid product, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
If I need to ship to an address that does not come up in the Ship To selection, what should I do?
Users must order for their default Ship-To location or choose from a list of available Ship-To locations. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact Customer Service.
Orders placed by 5:00 pm in your local time zone, Monday-Friday, will be delivered the following business day.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
What is the cutoff for next-day delivery?
The cutoff time for next-day delivery is 5:00 pm in your local time zone, Monday through Friday.
How can I track the status of my order?
99% of orders placed by 5:00 pm local time are delivered the next business day. If for any reason an item cannot be delivered the next business day, EON will notify you with the expected delivery date and substitution options to expedite delivery.
How are backordered items handled?
In the rare event of a backordered item, Customer Service will notify you about the backorder and provide an estimated delivery date, as well as substitution options to expedite delivery. Backordered items are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

How can I return an item?
If I have to leave my computer and the system automatically logs me out, or if my session ends for any other reason and there are items still in my shopping cart, are those items lost?
No. If your session ends for any reason and there are items in your shopping cart, they will be held in a Saved Order in Order History. To resume the order, go to Order History in your personal drop-down menu (in the top-left part of your screen) and click on Saved Orders. Every saved shopping cart will be listed by the date it was last modified.
How long can an order be saved?
The system will save your order / shopping cart for 30 days from when you last modified the order or cart.
How far back does Order History go when showing my past (shipped) orders?
The system will keep your past orders in Order History for 1 year.
How can I view past invoices and credits?
You can view posted billing documents, such as invoices and credits, by using the eDocuments feature in your personal drop-down menu (top-left part of screen).
How can I find Earth-friendly products?
If you search for an item (for example, ), you can refine your results to view only Earth-Friendly products. To do so, use the Earth-Friendly Products drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the screen, and select to list only Earth-friendly products. You can also use the Green Products drop-down in the green menu bar to browse through categories of environmentally-friendly products.
Can I order custom stamps online?
At this time, custom stamp orders must be placed by contacting Customer Service or your Account Manager.
